CV512H-Q42 Firmware Update Guide
To easily install or update the firmware on your TV, follow the instructions provided below:
- Download the Firmware
Begin by downloading the appropriate firmware for your TV. You can match the available firmware file with your TV’s Mainboard and screen panel. If it matches correctly, you can download it.
- Extract the ZIP file
Download and install Winrar software on your computer. Next, right-click on the downloaded RAR/ZIP file and click on “Extract file.” The software will generate a folder containing the .BIN file within a minute.
- Copy BIN file to the USB Disk
Open the folder and insert an empty USB flash disk. Copy the .BIN file to the USB disk.
- Connect USB Disk to the TV
Insert the USB disk into the TV and plug in the TV’s power cord. Press the start button on the remote or TV keypad. The file will start loading onto your TV’s mainboard.
- Wait for Installation
Wait for the firmware to install. After the installation, your TV will automatically restart, and you will see the updated software on your TV. Do not remove the plug or turn the TV off during this process.
