Picture & Display Settings

Gain / Offset — RGB White Balance Risk: ⚠️ Caution

Gain controls how bright each color channel (red, green, blue) gets at peak luminance. Offset sets the floor at low brightness. Together they define white balance across the full range. Press Menu again, or press Exit on your remote. The TV returns to normal viewing.

Factory Reset Through the Service Menu

Troubleshooting After Service Menu Access

Screen Turned Blue or Solid Color

Re-enter the service menu using the same code. Look for Color Test, Blue Test, Panel Test, or Single Color Mode and switch it off. Exit normally.
